Delivery Time

We work hard to deliver your order to you as quickly and smoothly as possible.

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after being placed. If your shipment requires additional time for any reason, we will notify you with updated delivery details.

• 🇯🇵 Japan (Domestic Shipping):
  Orders are usually delivered within 3–5 business days after shipment
• 🌍 International Shipping:
  Orders are usually delivered within 7–14 business days after shipment
  Delivery times may vary depending on destination and customs processing

For certain items that require restocking or are made-to-order:

• Processing may take more than 1 week
• In rare cases, it may take longer — we will keep you informed throughout the process

Delivery Method

We deliver via ECMS or EMS (Japan Post) which provide express and secure delivery. To use tracking services, please visit the ECMS website or EMS website.

Please Note : a courier may leave your order at the door outside to avoid direct contact. We are not responsible for lost or stolen items after the notification that your order has been delivered. In order to securely receive your order, please manage your schedule to receive your order in person. If a courier's retention period has expired due to your absence and the product is returned, cancellations are not accepted. If you request to resent items, you need to pay shipping charges again.

Import Taxes & Customs Duty

Customers may be required to pay customs duty when buying products from foreign countries. We do not have any control or responsibility regarding customs duty. In case the parcel was returned (or discarded) by the customs office (or the carrier) because the customers did not cover the duty, the order shall be deemed to have the customer's approval of cancellation.
